岗位职责:

1. 完成既定的销售目标，贯彻执行公司的销售策略；

2. 协助经销商现场助听器验配及售后服务接待；

3. 负责并跟踪产品订单；

4. 为客户提供相关的产品技术培训;

5. 定期拜访客户，维持并发展与客户的关系;

6. 执行各类促销计划；

7. 完成各类销售报告，比如填写salesforce系统；

8. 收集市场和竞争对手信息；

9. 完成上级指派的其他工作。

1. Implement the sales policy and fulfill the sales target;

2. Assist in the dispense and after sales service with the distributors;

3. In charge of the track of the order;

4. Provide the clients with the product training;

5. Visit the clients on time, maintain and develop the relationships;

6. Fulfill all kinds of sales reports, as salesforce system;

7. Implement the promotions of the company;

8. Collect the information of the competitors;

9. Fulfill the other tasks from the supervisor/manager.

任职要求

1. 大专以上学历，三年以上销售经验(医疗器械及医药行业优先)；

2. 熟悉相关区域经销商渠道管理和开发；

3. 愿意经常出差。

1. College degree, 3 years or above experience of sales(Experiences in medical device or pharmaceuticals industry will be preferred);

2. Familiar with the management and development of distributors;

3. Willing to travel.
