我们的客户是某500强企业。

岗位职责：

统筹演艺中心所有业态及行政事务管理，落实集团相关规定； 

负责演艺中心组织架构、定岗定编方案制定，组织演艺中心例会定期召开；

统筹负责演艺中心年度经营指标，并下发至各业态，保证总体经营指标；

把关演艺中心经营考核计划、人事招聘计划等；

负责演艺中心团队管理、人才培养、部门工作效率等各项工作的统筹管理； 

负责编列年度预算，制订不同主题活动的演艺计划和策划并组织实施；

负责安排重大接待、加场、宣传、外事等演出的管理工作。

职位要求：

全日制统招本科及以上学历，艺术管理/创作/管理类相关专业，经验丰富者可适当放宽条件；

15年以上演艺行业工作经验，12年以上的演艺管理工作经历，3年以上同等岗位工作经验，具备团队管理经验；

熟悉国内旅游业、演艺行业、娱乐行业发展趋势，具有丰富的行业资源；

具备优秀的团队管理能力、组织协调能力，具备大局观。
