 Review Payment Request and Employee Reimbursement:  

• Real- time check on 3rd party payment and employee reimbursement’s compliance according to China Regulations, Company polices and procedures.
• Provide finance hot-line to staff for any finance related questions.
• Assist Sr. FM to provide finance trainings, Workshop, Boot Camp in MBCN.

  

CAPEX, PP&E and CIP:

• Book CAPEX spending according to China GAAP.
• Tracking CER and report cash flow.
• Book fixed assets and run depreciation in SAP per China GAAP, local Tax and IFRS.
• Stick fixed asset tags for the company’s assets.
• Make booking for fixed Asset Disposal.

  

Tax:

• Review all invoices of payments’ authenticity through the appointed website in State Tax Authority.
• Scan and verify the input VAT invoices deriving from purchase in VAT system, and archive all input VAT invoices for any tax inspection in random.
• Purchase VAT special and normal invoices from Tax Bureau monthly.
• Claim Tax on monthly basis.
• Reconcile China VAT system records with SAP GL ledger and local tax report every month.
• Reconcile tax sub-ledger with GL ledger monthly.
• Withhold tax for “Non-Trade” payment to oversea companies, like IT service, dividend, etc.

  

Accrual and G/L Reporting:

• Accrue Bad Debt Provision, discounts, rebates, CIP, Bonus, Commission, Expense, stamp duty, tax subsidies, etc. in SAP monthly.
• Run insurance engine in SAP.
• Run amortization engine of long-term service revenue in SAP.
• Clear G/L accounts in SAP on month end.

Reconcile the GL codes in SAP between G/L and subledger, and report BS breakdown monthly.

  

Trial Balance and Reporting:

• Submit statistic reports required by local tax authorities.
• Cycle count Inventories at every quarter end with DHL warehouse keeper.
• Cycle count fixed asset on year end.

  

Others:

• Assist in cost saving projects.
• Assist in external audit on statutory report.

  Ad hoc jobs assigned by the FM.

Job Qualification 任职资格

1. At least 5 years relevant working experiences in finance/accounting role in multinational companies, preferably in life science industry.

2. Bachler degree. Major in accounting.

3. Be familiar with SAP system and skillful in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

4. Be initiative, detail-oriented.

5. Good command of spoken and written English
