Marketing & Proposal Specialist, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Project document control;
? Prepare pre-qualification review file as client's requirement;
? Assist proposal manager to prepare and complete technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
? Assist proposal manager to update and maintenance proposal common documents;
? Assist marketing manager to complete sales system maintenance, sales report maintenance, client information maintenance, and other marketing activities;
? Assist marketing manager to complete project handover to operation team after the contract is signed, contract management, subcontract management, etc.;
? Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
? Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;

Requirements:
? Steel Structural, or Welding, or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree or business degree with working experience in oil & gas industry;
? Knowledge and understanding of oil & gas industry and project management;
? Familiar with proposal preparation and contract management will be an advantage;
? Pleasing personality with good interpersonal negotiation skills;
? PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
? Experience in the field of project management/execution in oil & gas industry preferred;
? Fluent in English
