职位描述

Job Responsibility: R&R: 1.In store execution management: -Collect the in store activity planning from BB and NCM, understand the objective and transfer to clearly briefing material.

-Work out all ISA relevant material, including training material, operation manual etc. for 3rd party operation.

-Organize activity briefing and review meeting with 3P and relevant teams to push perfect execution.

2. 3rd party management: -through daily call, weekly and monthly meeting to manage 3rd party better manage PMG on daily execution.

-Analysis detailed in store execution data with 3rd party to find the root cause of execution. Push 3rd party to solve the problems to drive perfect execution.

Job Requirements: 1.Stronger logical & systematic Thinking 2.Good Sense in terms of Data Analysis and Management 3.Good Interpersonal Communication Skills 4.Good English in reading/written 5.Good computer office software application Others requested: 1. 3+ year’s experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/Field sales Function 2. Modern Trade channel experience, preferably in FMCG industry or retail industry.
