    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Operations management:

  

® Maintain appropriate service levels, manage and support of the desktop environment infrastructure

  

® Improve user experience for mobile, laptop and desktop usages

  

® OS deployment build, test and follow-up

  

® Software Packaging and Quality Tests on the supported platforms

  

® Antivirus & Email archiving system administration & support

  

Support:

  

® Identify root causes of tickets and transfer the results to the Continuous Improvement Process

  

® Provide a point of escalation and support to the service desks and the first Level Support Teams

  

® On-going documentation and inventory of equipment

  

® Develop automatic processes on a high quality level

  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

3 years in IT area with management experience

• SKILLS REQUIRED

  
  

                

• Great knowledge of

  • Windows 10 (troubleshooting, patch management, GPO, BitLocker)

  • Active Directory (mainly GPO but also DNS, AD site and services, KPI)

• Good knowledge in

  • Ivanti DSM and/or Microsoft SCCM

  • MobileIron and/or any other MDM

  • Packaging

  • Scripting (PowerShell, DOS, VBScript)

  • Windows 7, MS Office 2016, 2013, Skype for Business

  • Mobile environments (Android and IOs)

  • Antivirus (Kaspersky)

• Knowledge in

  • Symantec Entr. Vault

  • Ticketing system (Incident management system)

• Strong customer service skills required

• Excellent collaboration skills and communication skills

• Effective problem-solving, analytical and time management skills

• Self-educated skills

• ITSM and DevOps awareness
