Job Duties & Responsibilities

1.Develop marketing plan, call on target customers, negotiate and structure new deals.

2.Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships as well as existing relationships. Monitor the continuing risk and conduct reviews.

3.Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross selling and promoting the products and services of the Bank.

4.Perform timely facility documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations. Servicing customers and attend to their banking requirements.

5.Manage and ensure risk of the business is within tolerable level especially NPL risk.

Candidate Requirements

1.1- 3 years of work experience, banking experience is preferred

2.University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting

3.Results oriented

4.Effective communication and problem solving technique

5.Sharp business & customer focus
