Operation Department Assistant

You'll report to Operation Department Manager. Your main tasks will be provide supporting work to project management team, designing team and workshop of Operation Department. You are required to follow up simple project independently.

Responsibility

- Input and maintain relative data(BOM, PR, etc.) in ERP Kingdee system in an accurate manner

- Update regular reports as required ( project backlog/forecast report, labor hour cost record, WIP hour report, etc.)

- Cooperate with commercial team to provide relative data such as order entry records

- Follow up simple project indenpendently

- Department document filing and organization

- Manage department fix asset and take timely record

- Provide necessary support to all operation department team members

- Organize operation team internal activities

- Temporary assistant job for GM

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or relevant

- 2+ years working experience in similar function, knowledge in Kindgee/ERP/SAP

- Good command of English speaking and writing

- Good MS office skills

- Positive, open-minded and easy-going

- Good communication skills and willing to help others
