For our Process Industries and Drives Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 信用控制专员 Credit Control Officer.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Provide A/R Report and Analysis

Prepare A/R reports with thorough analysis on BF/company level

2.Supervise and manage A/R collection

Timely push BF colleagues for solution of A/R collection and follow up actions, e.g. A/R, action plan and customer feedback

3.Customer Credit Management

In order to support business growth while mitigating credit risk, carry out credit management activities, including customer credit analysis, customer credit approval, monitoring credit limit, annual review/update, regular accounting reconciliation etc.

4. Bad Debt Administration

In order to controll A/R better, under the principle of bad debt, execute bad debt administration process e.g. bad debt classification, bad debt application and approval, and bad debt documentation etc.

5. Black List Administration

In order to protect company not continuously suffering from those dishonest customers, set up black customer list administration process, which is aiming at those customers with long time overdue A/R but without reasonable delaying excuse, distribute and update such list after approval

6.Unknown Payment Administration

In order to ensure consistent, accurate A/R booking, provide monthly unknown payment list, work closely with related commercials for recongnizing unknown payment with correct customer number and order number

7. To fufill other tasks assigned by A&C Department Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor degree and above, majoring in finance related

- 3 years related financial experience, e.g. internal risk control over financial statements, basic accounting experience etc.

- Experience in muti-national company is preferred

- Professional knowledge in General Accounting and financial management

- IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting is preferred

- at least Bachelor degree, CET-4

- Sense of risk control is preferred

- Motivation to make things better
