· Responsible for Cash, AR and AP full cycle, General accounting

  

负责财务日常现金，应收，应付和总账

  

· Responsible for tax reporting to Tax bureaus.

  

负责报税

  

· Assist month end closing and reporting within timeline.

  

在期限里完成财务月结和报表

  

· Responsible for Budget vs Actual analysis

  

负责预算和实际差异的分析

  

· Assist Budgeting， Auditing and Inventory Count

  

协助预算，审计和库存盘点

  

· Responsible monitor Tooling tracker for new program

  

· 负责新项目的模具追踪

  

· Responsible Capital tracker and Capital Management

  

负责固定资产的追踪和管理

  

· Assist program costing，Routing， BOM， Cost roll-up

  

协助项目成本的计算，包括工艺，物料清单，成本卷算等。

  

· Analysis sales， responsible for daily sales report

  

分析销售，负责编制每日销售报表

  

· Perform other duties as assigned

  

完成其他派给的职责

  

· Work in a safe manner at all times

  

· Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities

  

· Follow all DEPARTMENTAL GENERAL PROCEDURES as well as procedures for this position as indicated in the level III Procedure manual.

  

· Work in compliance and conform to QS9000, TS16949 and ISO14001 standards.

Basic Requirements :基本要求

  

· Within two years of completion of a recognized accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA, CPA)

  

· Minimum of five years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

  

· Standard Costing experience is a plus

  

· SAP is a must

  

· Above average written, analytical and oral communication skills.

  

· Computer literacy, and working knowledge of spreadsheet databases

  

· Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees.

  

· Ability to read, write and speak English.
