Main Job Responsibilities:
    -1.保持模具正常状态，确保正常生产
？ Keep the tooling running in normal status, to insure smooth production
    -2.编排并执行模具的维修和保养计划
？ To plan and carry out the mould repairng and maintenance
    -3处理模具生产中发生的问题
？ Solve the tooling problems during production
   -4参与新模具的开发、改进及验收工作
？ Take part in new tooling acceptance, tooling repairing, restoring and improvement
  -5与质量和生产人员一起发现和改进模具问题
？ To work with production and quality personnel to identify, prioritize and correct manufactur-ing / tooling issues which create quality problems
  -6参与新模具的试模工作
？ Participate in doing tooling trial run
  -7制定和发行模具维护文件
？ Create and maintain documents of tool management
 -8创建和维护模具备件控制系统，确保备件的成本和安全库存处于平衡状态
？ Create tooling spare parts control system and keep the spare parts balanced in both cost and safety stock.
 -9支持模具主管处理每天的日常事务
？ To support tooling supervisior with their daily work.
 -10保持良好的工作环境
？ To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area.

任职资格要求：
  Job Requirments：
8年以上制造业外企工作经验，至少5年以上从事汽车行业注塑模具维护保养经验
-More than 8 years in foreign invested manufacturing company, at least 5years in automotive in-dustrial with mould injection processing;
熟悉模具维护保养流程
-Familiar with mold maintenance procedure ;
熟悉 TS16949/ISO14001
-Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001
良好的英文读写能力
-Good English reading and talking
熟悉注塑工艺
-Familiar with injection molding process
