职责一

1、根据部门工作要求，合理安排行政工作的开展；

职责表述：汇集并整理部门项目工作中所有涉及的内外部资源信息，并负责部分非政府机构的外联工作。
工作任务
1、针对工作需要，收集并汇编外部联络通讯录；
2、根据项目需要，针对行业协会、各大使领馆及代表处进行关系拓展及维护工作；

职责表述：在项目申报过程中，协助项目经理推进相关项目执行环节的外联内联工作。
工作任务
1、根据项目工作需要，协调相关内外部资源，并做好接待及后勤保障工作；
2、根据项目的进度督促各项目小组反馈项目推进情况；

职责描述：认真完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
工作任务
1、根据公司、部门工作计划及领导要求，妥善完成相关工作；
2、合理处理并完成突发任务。
