Major Responsibility:
1. CAPEX Administration - Prepare yearly and monthly budget for the site. Monthly monitor compliance vs budget and follow up accounted CAPEX (Strategic, Normal, Capitalization).
2. ACP Aggregated Capacity Planning - Responsible to review installed capacity vs demand and future capacity requirements; follow up capacity increases and volume fluctuations.
3. M-1 - Programs in quotation stage required to estimate capacity and investment needed to fulfill customer demands and analyze most efficient way to use our available capacity and existing assets.
4. KPM Key Programs Monitoring - Follow the programs since nomination to End of Production (EOP) profitability through tools to track different variables and adjust the project investment or KPI to return to committed IRR.

Requirements:
1. Bachellor Degree,major in IE is preferred
2. Career and Skills Desired:
Required Equipment manufacturing, Aggregated capacity planning and budget planning, problem solving
People management and motivation, customer focus and negotiation skills
3. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure; flexible timing (overtime might be required).
4. English fluent
5. Experience Required: Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacture or manufacturing engineering.
Basic financial knowledge like investment, IRR, NPV, RoA, etc
6. Core Tools for Automotive industries
