Responsibility

• Responsible for the whole accounting and controlling in Chongqing plant to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts according to IFRS

• Take responsibility for all financial processes: fast closing, OP , Forecast internal controlling, preparation of statutory audit

• Leadership, guidance and development of the employees in accounting and controlling

• Development and implementation of operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators, following up the local tax and SAFE regulation

• Management and optimisation of cash flow and accounts receivable

Requirement

• At least 8 years of work experience in finance and controlling,

• At least 6 years of work experience in a western company,

• At least 6 years of work experience in an industrial production company.

• SAP konwledge and working process

• Flurent in both speaking and writing in English
