Primary Goals:
Responsible for quality lab daily management and testing, measuring implement according to plan;
负责质量部试验室的日常管理及按计划对试验、测量任务的实施;
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for lab equipment daily management, maintenance, calibration;
负责试验室设备的管理、维护及校准;
According testing/measuring plan to finish each testing/measuring;
根据试验/测量计划完成每项试验或检测;
Monitoring testing process, and report any potential risk for test timely;
监控测试过程,并及时汇报试验中的潜在风险;
Build up lab equipment spare part list and responsible for release regular purchasing request;
建立试验设备备件清单,并负责定期提出备件的采购需求;
Support for testing process improvement and optimize testing method according testing specification;
协助试验过程的改进及根据试验规范优化方法;
Responsible for new equipment receiving;
负责新设备的验收
Participate measuring equipment MSA;
参与测量设备的测量系统分析;
Temporary work arranged by leader
