职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责空运进出口操作(包括接收订单及安排订舱、运输、报关、货物跟踪等)；
2、制作空运单证，录入应收应付费用及其它相关文件等；
3、单证及文件的整理及归档等；
4、监控和跟进各环节流程的进度，及时与客户、国外代理、供应商等进行沟通协调；
5、异常及突发事件的沟通，协调和处理，以及上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，具有良好的英语听说读写能力；
2、具有1年以上空运操作经验，熟悉空运操作流程、市场行情以及价格航线；
3、工作细心、责任心强，具有良好的沟通、应变能力和团队合作精神；
4、工作效率高并能够承受一定的工作压力。
