重庆招聘

1、 协助董事长拟定公司战略，组织制定年度经营计划草案；
        Assisted the chairman in formulating the company strategy and organized the draft annual operation plan；
2、 协助董事长建立健全公司管理体系;
       Assist the chairman to establish and improve the company management system;
3、 全面主持公司的日常经营管理工作;
       Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company;
4、 完成上级交办的其他工作;
       Completing other tasks assigned by the superior;
任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历、数学及应用数学、工商管理或计算机相关专业；
        Bachelor degree or above in mathematics, applied mathematics, business administration or computer related major;
2、 具有8年以上工作经验，5年以上行业经验，3年以上企业中层管理经验；
        More than 8 years working experience, more than 5 years industry experience, more than 3 years middle management experience;
3、具备团队搭建经验，熟悉经营管理体系及制度的建立；
      Have team building experience, familiar with the establishment of management system and system;
4、具备公司经营过程中涉及的相关法律、法规及管理规定；
      To have the relevant laws, regulations and administrative rules involved in the operation of the company;
5、具备杰出的战略眼光及商业判断力、娴熟的谈判能力及投资管理能力；
      Have outstanding strategic vision and business judgment, skillful negotiation ability and investment management ability;
6、具备独立思考决策能力及综合业务拓展管理能力；
      Have independent thinking ability and comprehensive business development management ability;
