【工作职责】
执行设备管理活动，设备超时间控制，制定/执行工作秩序和维护计算机系统运行秩序，执行备件管理和实施质量控制系统，为技术人员和操作员进行指导培训和系统认证。
1. 设备停机时间分析与改进
2. 日常故障排除和最大限度地提高设备的运行时间
3. 按照规定的准则执行每周和季度预防性系统维护，并保持适当的记录
4. 更新和保持设备停机时间和部件更换记录
5. 安排和执行每周和每季度的PM。
6. 安排和执行恰当的时机和PM的日常工作秩序
7. 通过协调采购、供应商和需求者促成和加快维修部门的材料和零部件供应
8. 进行备件管理和进货质量控制工作
9. 实施TPM计划维护
10. 进行技师交叉培训和新进技师培训
11. 进行运营商的PM培训和认证
12. 提升推行和监督部门预算、预测、SOP’s、部门ISO和TPM-5S系统
 
Equipment down time analysis and improvement.
Daily troubleshooting and improvement to maximize equipment up-time.
Perform the weekly and quarterly preventive maintenance system within the prescribed guidelines and maintain appropriate records.
Develops and maintains records for equipment down time and parts replacement.
Schedule and execute the weekly and quarterly PM.
Schedule and execute the opportunity and PM routine work order.
Procures and expedites parts and materials for maintenance department by coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, and requesters.
Perform spare parts management and in-coming quality control work
Implement of TPM Planned maintenance.
Conduct the technician cross training and the new come-in technician training.
Conduct the PM training and certification for operators.
Develops initiates and monitors departmental budget, forecasts, SOP’S, ISO and TPM-5S system for department.
【职位要求】
1. 学历大专or本科，工作经验4年以上。有产线设备维修的经验，动手操作能力好，机械电气不限。具备工艺问题解决及预防和数据驱动的知识，能找到根本原因
2. 3年及以上设备维修经验，具备设备安装经验、气动系统维修经验，如气缸（具备数控加工经验、PCL与SCADA技术、水处理经验、发动机知识者为佳）
3. 了解设备基本设计，操作和维护知识
4. 了解保养PM原则，能进行PM设备维护（每周和每季度）
5. 了解伺服电机，变频器维修和更换，滚珠丝杠，LM导轨和气缸维护和更换
6. 熟悉微软办公工具
7. 通晓LOTO
8. 结果导向，进度控制能力，自我提升能力，良好沟通能力（具备国际及跨文化沟通、协调，跟进能力者为佳）
9. 良好的表达和报告能力
10. 实现工厂目标的自我意识
11. 具备创造力和强大的持续改进工作能力
12. 能独立工作同时具备团队精神
 
Required Skills
-Understand equipment basic design, operation and maintenance knowledge.
-Understand Maintenance PM principles
-Equipment Maintenance PM (Weekly and Quarterly)
-Equipment installation experience;
-Pneumatic system maintenance experience, like air cylinder;
-Servo Motor, inverter maintenance and replacement;
-Ball screw, LM guide and air cylinder maintenance and replacement;
-Microsoft office tools
--LOTO understanding;
-Results oriented, Schedule control, Improvement, Well communication.

【工作时间】
8：30-20:30或20:30-次日8:30，做2天休息2天，每2周调换一次白夜班

有员工餐厅，包工作餐
【薪酬福利】
1. 税前月薪：底薪约6000-6500/m*13薪+倒班津贴约500/m+试用期后房补约500/m+年终奖（约年薪5%）+加班费约1500/m（具体薪资架构根据不同时期政策可能会有所调整，具体以面议为准）
2. 按照此类排班的工作时间，超出每月174小时的则属于加班，支付1.5倍加班费（每月约1500元）
3. 外企标配福利，社保、年假等齐全

2. 公司直签，非劳务派遣性质，3年一签，6个月试用期
