该职位汇报给中国区总经理。该职位办公地点在上海，主要工作职责为客户和销售团队组织发展培训计划，并且作为ITC 红外培训讲师能够独立组织进行ITC 1级红外培训课程。

工作职责：

· 在中国市场开展教学红外培训1级课程。

· 为红外培训讲课和实验练习制定课程和材料。

· 根据公司要求通过课程培训，网络研讨会，公共媒体及其他活动指导培训客户和销售团队在仪器硬件、软件方面的应用。

· 主要负责并整合公司内部、外部的信息资源以便拓宽中国培训市场。

· 主要负责引领中国培训课程的发展和市场营销。

· 根据公司要求完成其他相关工作。

应聘条件：

· 2年以上在红外应用和技术领域的工作经验优先考虑。

· 2年以上工业产品或教育行业专业技术培训的工作经验。

· 本科技术类或相关专业的学士及以上学位。

· 熟练的英语听说读写能力。

· 具备专业物理知识。

· 具备熟练的计算机应用技能及软件操作能力。

· 具备良好的沟通能力，人际关系能力。

· 能适应频繁出差。

Position Description:

Reporting to the Country Manager China. This position will locate in Shanghai. Organize and develop training programs to customers and sales organization, to be able to conduct ITC level I training independently as ITC level I course instructor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teaching infrared training center (ITC) level I course as ITC Instructor for China market.
• Develop course curricula and materials for lectures and laboratory exercises.
• Write technical papers and articles for publication and presentation.
• Train and coach customers and sales organization on application of instrument hardware and software via training course, webinars, social media and other activities as required by the company.

• Responsible for integrating the internal and external resources of the company to expand the training market.

• Leading the training course development and marketing for the training course in China.
• other job activities as required by the company.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum two years experience in infrared imaging applications and technology is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in technical training on Industry products or education segment.
• Bachelor Degree or above on technical engineering and science.

• Fluency in English.

• General knowledge of physics is required.
• Must have working knowledge of computer operations and software including Microsoft Office products.
• Must have excellent communication, personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to business travel frequently
