Responsibilities:

1.Oversee a team of Business analysts and Project managers to ensure the successful roll-out of projects

2.Direct and coordinate innovation projects during all phases of a project, including origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and closeout

3.Create detailed project plans, track progress, review project tasks and scope to ensure deadlines and goals are met and that projects are within scope and budget

4. Manage multiple projects from small to large scale in a cross-functional environment

5.Coach teams within the business the Lean Start-Up Methodology to experiment with new ideas and develop a Proof of Concept Product fast to the market

6.Support Product Managers/Owners and educate them on Agile practices such as creating, refining, and managing the product backlog

7.Develop training plan, material and schedule for sourcing tools / process implementation and conduct training sessions to stakeholders

8.Review innovation ideas generated within the business, and sell these ideas to top management to raise funding

9.Support innovation and change within the organization. Analyse need for smart solutions, research on fact findings and data analysis to support improvement areas

10.Network and manage relationships with external vendors, start-up companies, guest speakers, who can help us through the success in delivering innovation projects

Requirements:

1.Previous experience and proven track record of running medium to large-scale projects

2.Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information Technology/Project Management related area

3.Proven experience in implementation and support in any IT systems

4.Solid experience working in a change management function

5.Large scale change and various projects delivery experience

6.Minimum 8 years of project management experience

7.Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin

8.Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
