Primary Goals:
Analyze warrant part and Claim data and take actions to reduce claim Qn’ty and Cost from Warrant.
分析售后零件及索赔数据,采取措施去降低售后索赔
Roles & Responsibilities:
Warrant part receiving ,analysis and make actions.
售后零件接收,分析和制定改善措施
Warrant OK part appeal to customer
售后测试合格零件向客户申诉
Warrant claim confirm with customer and supplier
售后索赔数据与客户和供应商核对确认
Make warrant claim to supplier
向责任供应商作售后件索赔
Warrant data track and statistics
售后相关数据追踪和统计
Warrant report prepare
售后相关报告制定
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related field.
大学本科及以上学历,机械制造,电子及相关专业
Required Skills and Experience:
Be good at Data analysis ability by computer Software such as Excel and PPT or equivalent Program
较强的数据分析能力
3~5 year experience in automotive industry, knowledge of climate products and cross functional knowledge is a plus.
3-5年的汽车行业工作经验,具备空调相关知识更佳
Be good at using five core quality tools.
熟练运用五大工具
Be familiar with TS16949, and be familiar with Q1 requirement is a plus.
熟悉TS16949,熟悉Q1更好
Acquire climate control system products knowledge.
了解汽车空调系统相关知识
Good communication skills and problems solving ability.
良好的沟通技巧及问题解决能力
Good spoken English skills to communicate by conference call meeting or e-mail.
