职位描述
Job Description:
1.Responsible material including PCB, rubber fuse, passive component, cable, connector, transformer, battery, machining, heat sink.
2.Be responsible for exploring, managing and optimizing suppliers. Push supplier to reach target cost.
3.Recommend second sourcing to secure permanent supplies with competitive terms.
4.Negotiation with suppliers about price, payment terms and delivery, Postpone or expedite according to production plan and meeting production’s needs.
5.Sending engineering queries confirming, request samples for test and qualification to support new project on time launching.
6.Conduct cost analysis and price negotiations with suppliers, deeply engaged in reduction programs, involve, control, measure and prepare periodical status report and communicate program report on the cost savings.
7.Responsible for all purchasing related information’s maintenance, filing and management, etc. Perform transactions in ERP, e.g., to maintain purchase requisition, to maintain purchase orders, to maintain contract and source list for BOM/Spare parts, to check vendor information, etc.
8.Monitors supplier performance for conformance to commercial terms.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree.
2.3-6year’s experience in manufacturing / industrial field for Automotive electronics manufacturing.
3.Have strong interests in developing career in Purchasing & Procurement industry.
4.Ability to organize, communicate and follow up with supplier for quotations.
5.Have experiences about new supplier development.
6.Excellent and tactful negotiation skills and analytical skills.
7.Self-motivated, mature , independent and willing to work under pressure.
8.Have experiences to use ERP system like SAP or MFG Pro etc.
9.Familiar with using excel / word.
10.Good English communicating in both oral and written.
