任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历；广告、新闻、媒体传播等相关专业正规大学本科以上学历；
 2. 3年以上旅游景区、活动策划工作相关工作经验，2年以上项目策划执行工作经验，1年以上本职位管理经验；
 3. 曾与4A公司或知名策划、公关媒体从事过管理工作，具备良好的策划能力和管理素质；
 4. 文字功底深厚，并具有优秀的创意能力；擅长软文、广告、活动、旅游策划案的撰写，具有独立提案的能力，PPT能力好；
5. 拥有很强的策划能力，有成功的旅游策划案例，熟悉产品、市场、品牌、广告、营销等策划及文案；
 6. 有良好的媒体资源，具有良好的职业道德，具备成熟的团队管理
岗位职责：
1. 带领策划团队，协同相关团队共同完成品牌及其产品策划指标；
 2. 负责对策划部人员的素质和业务指导和培训；良好的团队激励能力、良好的组织协调能力和综合管理能力
3. 具有良好的客户沟通协调、计划、谈判技巧，能够把握项目进程与流程控制
4. 策划部团队、业务整合到位，各项工作有序开展，且绩效达到预期目标。
5. 带领策划团队深入研究客户需求，负责项目开发各阶段的策划与市场调研工作，协同客户部完成各类策划案和推广方案。
 6. 整合项目顾问团队的意见和建议，提出策划意见。
  7. 参与并执行公司制定的阶段发展目标，针对业务目标做好执行策略的制定，组织协调资源确保目标完成；
8. 定期主持召开公司策划工作会议，参与营销会议，协同相关部门推进公司的良好旅游营销运营。
