5、做好本部门各项消耗品管理，严格控制成本；

 Responsible for the preparation of staff work table, reasonable arrangements for the work of subordinates;
7、检查所属员工的仪容仪表及员工出勤考核和登记工作；

8、制定并组织实施培训计划。

1、具有同星级酒店同岗位工作经验3年以上，要求英语口语流利；
With more than 3 years working experience in the same position in Stars Hotel, fluent in oral English
2、熟悉前厅部运作及管理规范；
Familiar with the operation and management department
3、熟悉前厅部各项工作，掌握电脑操作，了解酒店整体运作制度；
 Familiar with front office work, master computer operation, understand the overall operation of the hotel system;
4、具备良好的沟通能力及协调能力,应变能力；
 Have good communication skills and coordination ability, strain capacity;
