Basic Requirements :基本要求

a) Must have technical college diploma in mechanical and/or electrical/electronic or equivalent.

具备机械或电气或电子类相关专业的大专文凭。

b) Must have the middle or above level electrician qualified certification. 3 years or above experience in maintenance

具备中级以上电工证。3年以上维修工作经验。

c) Familiar with electrical systems, pneumatic components , solenoid valves, and mechanical drive systems, hydraulic systems

熟悉电气系统，气动元件，电磁阀，及机械传动系统, 液压系统

d) Skillfully use Omron PLC and HMI software to make and debug the program of PLC and HMI

熟练使用Omron PLC和HMI软件进行PLC/HMI编程和调试

e) Must have team work spirit. Know how solve onsite equipment problem of the workshop.

必须有团队合作精神 及 现场动手能力

f) Can operate milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, sewing machine general Equipment.

会操作普通铣床、钻床、磨床、锯床等普通设备

g) Can work two shift

能适应翻班工作

h) Knowledge of government legislation in areas of health and safety, accident prevention and work place inspection.

熟悉有关于健康安全方面的政府相关法律法规，具备事故预防知识，熟悉车间检查工作。Possess teamwork skills in a multicultural environment within and outside of the organization.

具备在多元文化环境下的内外团队合作技能。

i) Knowledgeable of manufacturing equipment and processes.

熟悉生产设备和生产工艺。

j) Strong problem solving skills, ability to organize and prioritize.

良好的解决问题能力，组织和规划能力。

k) Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requirements.

熟知TS16949/ISO14001体系及相关体系要求。

l) Ability to English and computer basic skill

具备英语和计算机基本能力。

Key Responsibilities :主要职责

? Carry out the equipment maintenance plan according to the maintenance management work plan.

根据公司的维修管理工作计划，实施机械设备和维护保养计划

? In charge of all the equipment for the assembly lines. Ensure smooth running of the machine.

对组装车间所有设备负责，确保机器正常运行

? Be responsible for company-wide equipment and line maintenance , tracking its installations and modifications

负责全公司的设备维护，跟踪其安装和改造

? Participate in equipment acceptance, and subsequent updates, debugging and maintenance

参与所有设备的的验收及后续的更新、调试和维护

? Implement the assigned periodical inspection

执行所分配的点检工作

? Prepare and confirm all the related information on the maintenance and fixtures.

对公司的维修及（夹具）相关信息资料进行确认制作

? Maintain the safety device in the workshop, improve the whole process and procedure and control the maintenance costs .

对现场的安全设施和设备维护，优化整体的工艺及工序，控制维修成本

? Maintain the tooling and checking fixture and improve the technical specification.

参与对工装夹具，设备维护，完善技术规范

? Training on knowledge of maintenance and maintenance skills for the employees.

组织对公司内部员工进行维修相关知识及技能培训

? Assist with 5S management in the workshop.

配合及协助做好现场5S管理

? Make and control the TS procedures for the department according to the ISO/TS16949 specification.

根据公司ISO/TS16949体系的要求，制订部门相关体系文件并管控

? Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.

部门经理指派的其它相关工作。
