职位描述：
Make proper MRP based on Customer demand, release and track till cargo arrive timely and accurately.
结合客户需求计划制作物料需求计划，定期向国内外供应商发布、跟踪保障物料按时按量到货。

主要职责：
1.Material planning(including Customs work), responsible to maintain planning parameter in SAP, MRP Running. Ensure reasonable material plan release to supplier, then well following up it.
  物料计划（含关务工作），负责设置SAP计划参数，及MRP运行，确保将合理的物料计划下达给供应商，并保障物料按时按量到货；
2.Conduct inventory control activities and assist to leader to optimize supply chain to continuously improve inventory turns. such as reduce forecast duration, adjust MOQ etc.
  执行库存控制业务，优化供应链以持续提高库存周转水平, 如缩短需求预测长度，调减MOQ需求量等；
3.JIT material daily stock check, to make sure timely track and no impact to production
  特殊物料如JIT物料日盘点，以确保物料及时跟踪并到货
4.Be responsible for material suppliers management, forwarder management, monthly evaluation and improvement follow-up
  负责物料供应商管理, 进出口货代管理, 月度绩效考核及绩效改善跟踪
5.Supplier Capacity study and gather, ECN track on MP&L side, Hold material check,
  供应商产能信息沟通及收集, 物料工程变更, 处理HOLD台账关联物料,
6.Broken cargo and discrepancy disposal, track receiving status external Chongqing.
  供应商到货破损及开箱差异处理, 跟踪异地到货签收单
7.Check weekly stock report from consignment suppliers, update MRP and track for timely arrival.
  每周确认委外物料库存报告，确保委外物料需求计划及时更新和发布
8.Strictly follow the budget to control logistics expense, such as duty, freight, stock control
  严格按照物流预算执行项目费用控制，如关税、运费、库存控制
9.Release investigation to supplier based on Supply Chain request, timely share run-out and track risk cargo.
  按照客户供应链调查要求发布及收集下层供应商回复，及时分享紧急物料run-out数据给团队，并跟踪到货
10.Update order and urgent pull to supplier, in urgent issue such as quality batch problem,
  在物料出现批量性质量问题或者其他异常时，及时启动紧急拉动，更新订单补充库存

任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above, majored in MP&L is preferred.
本科及以上学历，物流相关专业优先。
2-3 years or above experience in manufacturing industry, engaged in planning jobs and have material planning skills.
制造行业从业经验，从事过物流计划方面工作、具备物料计划制作能力的优先。
Good sense in manufacturing process.
对生产工艺有一定的认识。
Familiar with Import and Export cargo handle is preferred.
对进出口关务操作有一定的熟悉度的优先。
Good skills in computer and office software, ERP user, and experience in handling SAP system is preferred.
能够熟练使用微软办公软件，运用过ERP，使用过SAP人员优先。
Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
较强的英语听说读写能力。
Good communication and harmonizing abilities, be responsible, patient & careful.
较好的沟通协调能力、责任感强、耐心、细致、缜密。
