l Place monthly order and follow-up
l Fulfill the ordinary purchases, based on purchasing requirements,
l Evaluate the suppliers timely (by quarter)
l Cooperate with SQE to push the supplier’s improvement
l Draft out the customs declaration documents for import & export.
l Respect corporate purchasing and financial work flow.
Personal Background
l At least 1 year experience of purchase or import & export business
Skills & Abilities
l Strong communication & coordination skill
l Strong ability of negotiate, plan and judge
l Good skill on using office software and basic knowledge of finance.
l Must be able to work in a team environment
l Fluent in English
l Bachelor degree
