职位描述：
1. 负责协助新项目收购事宜，包括协调项目财务尽调，进行净资产收购计算并跟进调整，负责草拟尽调发现（供投资memo用），负责SPA财务部分初审。
2. 负责协助项目公司的出售，协调尽调资料，以及统筹商委工商税务外管事宜。
3. 协助管理一家平台中所有项目公司的日常账务，税务，运营。
4. 协助编制各类统计数据

任职要求：
1.会计或相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2.财务背景，四大FDD部门M1-M2
3.英文CET-6以上
