Key Responsibilities主要职责：

Periodically do the field service and timely solve the quality issues

定期到顾客现场服务，及时解决产品质量问题

Collect and feed back advice of customers, and participate in the improvement of quality issues

收集并反馈顾客意见，参与产品质量问题的整改

Periodically collect the warranty parts, and work out relevant solution after analysis and test

定期收集售后索赔件，分析和测试后进行相关的处理

Participate in controlling the quality of suppliers’ products

参与对供应商产品质量的控制

Competency Specification 任职要求：

Graduated academy school or above；work experience in related automotive industry is preferred

大学专科或以上学历, 有相关汽车制造行业经验者优先

Relevant knowledge of climate control system

汽车空调专业相关知识

Be good at using five core quality tools

质量管理五大核心工具的熟练运用

Be family with data analysis, and G8D method

良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用G8D方法

Good communication skills and good problems solving ability

良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力

Can work under pressure

能够在压力下工作

Team work spirit
