职位描述：
1. Responsible for reliable accounting information and make sure it’s in line with Internal control policy. 负责收集可靠的会计信息并确保其符和内控政策
2. Responsible for monthly forecast and annual budget according to business development and variance analysis. 负责每月的预测和年度预算，分析预算和实际的差异。
3. Monthly closing, Timely submit various financial analysis reports, also ensuring its aligned with SOX accordance.月度结结帐, 以及及时准备各种财务分析报告，并确保所有的报表符合SOX政策。
4. Hyperion report experience and related problem-solving 有丰富的Hyperion系统的使用及相关问题解决的经验
5. 负责准备SOX相关的报告，以及确保所有相关的流程符合SOX要求。
6. US GAAP and PRC GAAP conversion, BS & PL report preparation according relevant laws and regulations for domestic accounting. 美国公认会计准则和中国公认会计准则的转换，并根据国内会计相关法律法规的规定准备BS和PL报告。
7. Handling tax issues and quarterly tax package due to statutory and US GAAP. 根据法规和美国公认会计准则处理税务问题并准备税务分析报表。
8. As the assistant to solve any issues as plant controller assigned. 其他财务总监分派的任务

职位要求：
1. Bachelor or above in finance/accounting major. 本科 或以上学历，财务或会计专业。
2. More than Five years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company. 5年以上的制造公司相关工作经验
3. Proficient skill in financial software and MS Office & ERP System(SAP). 熟练地操作财务软件办公软件和ERP系统(SAP)
4. Proficient skill in Hyperion system 熟练操作Hyperion系统。
5. Good English communication, both oral and writing. 良好的英语沟通，包括口头和书面。
6. Proactive and ability to work under pressure. 主动并能承受工作压力。
7. Excellent communication and conflict solving capability良好的沟通能力冲突解决能力
