职位描述：

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Directs the design, development and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment for an assigned area.

2. Lead development of process documentation (e.g. Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Sheets, Standardized Work Instructions, etc.)

3. Develop new or modify existing methods to manufacture products ensuring that such methods meet quality and production standards as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.

4. Support TS16949, PPAP and APQP related processes.

5. Champion scrap reduction focusing on reducing part-related scrap, working with product engineering, production, suppliers and quality.

6. To analyze and evaluate production hours of the production line, and make the proposal and analysis on the productivity improvement.

7. Utilize lean manufacturing and industry engineering knowledge to measure cycle time analysis adjust process to improve line balance rate.

8. Champion the lean production system implementation in the factory.

Key Requirements:

- Professional knowledge and skills in manufacturing engineering required,

- Professional knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes required,

- Bevel/Hypoid/Cylindrical and spline process and engineering knowledge preferred.
