1、根据员工服务实际需要分配合同，保管合同、辞职报告等资料
2、核查员工服务提交资料的准确性,并完成与派遣及社保机构的相关资料的转接。及时反馈和审核派遣及社保机构的实际办理结果。与员工服务做好各种资料的签收工作，与派遣作好资料的签收工作。
3、及时回复及处理服务提出的问题。
4、及时处理派遣反馈发生的问题，当月上报相关人员。
5、及时公告当地政策变动，更新政策大表。
6、代理客户的社保申报、员工各项社保福利享受的办理工作。
7、保持与派遣机构的良好合作关系，让派遣能够按我司要求提供服务。若发现派遣工作中的严重问题，应及时向公司提出。
