General Summary Statement
This position is responsible for all report related tasks within, but not limited to, scope of CIG deliverables. The analyst will be involved in the development of management and regulatory reports required by FAFC as part of Quantum Program deliverables including modification of reports to accommodate ‘Dual Platform’. may also involve in projects as required and will be responsible for creating and maintaining non-receivable system reports on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operations, satisfactory CSI, DSI and ESI. The analyst should also be initiative and seek opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in the organization using report as a tool.

This position includes, but is not limited to the following tasks:
? Be the Quantum FAFC report owner and responsible for delivering the same or substitute reports from the new platforms for both Wholesale and Retail business by
o Work closely with Legal & Compliance and various functions to understand regulatory reporting requirements
o Consolidate operational and management report lists. Understand the purposes and requirements
o Document business requirements and communicate effectively with business and project teams
o Monitor changes and ensure that the requirement documents are always up to date
o Work with business users to ensure that their needs are heard and provide reasonable solutions
o Assist or develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan and execute the UAT
o Develop job materials such as Policy & Procedure and User Guide developments and updates
o Interact with all levels of internal users and external parties such as dealers, etc. to provide reports per request
? Help develop efficient reporting processes in the market, implement and roll-out
? Support assigned EPM projects by completing necessary research/gap analysis, creating business requirements/test scripts, unit/UAT testing and successful launch per project plan
? Business liaison between FAFC Business, Global CIG teams and related IT departments
? Responsible for coordinating with the various global COE organizations to determine and provide the required operational level support and analysis
? Support data governance initiative by utilizing the Global Data Dictionary (GDD) with metric definitions and data sources for all report metrics
? Provide analysis support by identifying trends or potential problems; communicate findings to report TL in an effective and timely manner
? Work collaboratively and build solid relationships with CIG teams located in North America, Europe and FCGBC (Chennai)
? Complete ad hoc and miscellaneous requests from management
? Support Regulatory Reporting by developing Ad Hoc Reports or running WebFOCUS Structured Ad Hoc Reports and consolidating excel output for delivery to China Business Resources
? Support creation, testing and maintenance of Regulatory Reporting of other forms such as data file extract. Ensure 100% compliance from both data accuracy and timing
? Develop and support WebFOCUS reporting needs for CIG across various business
Position Qualifications:
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Access and Excel
? Well understanding and knowledge of database
? SAS or SQL programming experience preferred
? Prior experience with Operations Services, Wholesale/Dealer Credit, Purchasing and Collections/Customer Service functions preferred, but not mandatory
? Strong communication and organization skills (position requires ability to communicate effectively to Senior Management)
? Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and analytical mindset
? Knowledge of various business processes a plus including the use of source systems (CFOCUS, GLAS, etc.)
? Logical thinking, strong analysis and problem solving skills
? Good general business acumen and possess the ability to articulate complex business and technical matter to all levels of employees
? Strong Chinese and English written and verbal language skill
? Strong attention to detail and result-driven while able to see processes in bigger pictures
? Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, accountable, and able to work as a team and independently
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Able to adjust work-life balance to attend some early or late night meetings
