Responsibilities:
? Well study and get familiar with China financial policies including legislations, ordinance on financial leasing, preferential policies and related economic information etc;
? Be responsible for initiation and innovation of company financial leasing business in Asia & Pacific region, including but not limited to below aspects:
? explore and design possible models of domestic & overseas financial leasing;
? prepare proposals of funding projects on the basis of feasibility study reports, business case studies and etc.;
? ensure its smooth implementation in daily operations;
? be aware of & control potential risks;
? manage & maintain funding channels.
? Provide regular financial & economic analysis on the basis of the development of Chinese financial market and economic environment.
? Lead contact with major banks, financial institutes and investment institutes as well as maintain sound relationship with them to ensure better fulfillment of market exploration on aircraft leasing business in Asia & Pacific region.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Finance/Accounting etc;
? More than 5 years manager level working experience in financial industry such as operational and financial leasing, project review & evaluation, risk management, etc. Experience in multi-nationals is a plus.
? Knowledge of different schemes of crediting, banking structure in China. Independent ability & channels of various financial leasing operations and risk control.
? Familiar with legislations, policies and relative economic information on Chinese financial leasing business. Knowledge of financial analytics and financial statement.
? Proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Knowledge of Russian will be a plus. Good competency in writing English project reports;
? Quick mind, logical, sensitive in risk awareness, strong ability in market exploration & communication, high sense of responsibility & teamwork spirit;
? Mobility, readiness for business trips worldwide.
