岗位职责：
1、负责对照要保申请输入保单信息;
2、负责对照参保申请及电脑屏幕进行错误检查；
3、负责接待客户相关方面的咨询或来访；
4、负责记录客户的相关资料信息。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，有客服、保险行业经验者优先;
2、熟练使用OFFICE等办公软件，打字速度60字/分钟；
3、工作认真细致、积极主动、责任心强；
4、具有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
5、每周至少能保证4天的工作时间，有充分的课余时间并能自主支配。
