REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in multinational forwarding company as on-site Operator or Customer Service.

3. Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with air and ocean operations process and requirements.

4. Detail oriented.

5. Good communication skills.

6. Sense of customer service.

7. Can be work under pressure.

8. Time management skills.

9. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.

10. Excellent computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:

SUMMARY

1. To act as the bridge between customer and company.

2. To coordinate the daily operations with customer and internal teams (i.e. BD team, Operations team and Customer Service team, etc).

3. To ensure our service meets the requirement of customer.

1. Station at the customer designated sites.

2. Independently work with customer for their shipment.

3. Keep day-to-day correspondence and communication between customer and relative internal parties.

4. Coordinate the daily operations, include but not limited to booking, customsclearance, trucking and documentations, etc.

5. Ensure the service standards meet or exceed customer's requirement by providing excellent performance.

6. Ensure all shipment smoothly handled on timely manner.

7. Help the manager to streamline the on-site customer service procedure tomeet customer's satisfaction.

8. Help to maximize opportunities to sell our services.

9. Be responsible for preparing relevant reports.
