Completes incoming parts inspection instruction
制定来料检验指导书

Sets up related inspection methods, guides
相关检验手段的建立
Guides inspector to check the incoming part correctly
指导来料检验员对来料进行检验的准确度
Inspects incoming parts, analyzes incoming parts quality issues in production
对来料检验，生产线发生的来料质量问题进行分析

Establishes and tracks improvement action and constraint action
改进措施和遏制措施的制定和追踪

Works with purchasing and materials team, organizes supplier 8D meeting
和采购和物料部门配合，组织供应商8D会议

Deals with returning and claiming for compensation from supplier for reject parts
供应商不合格品的退货和相关索赔

Be responsible for continuously decrease of SPPM indicators
负责供应商SPPM指标的持续降低

Analyzes supplier quality issues from customer plant and after sales service, judgment of responsibility, improvement of supplier quality issues
对于客户现场及售后服务发现的属于供应商质量的问题进行分析,责任判断，供应商问题改进

Be responsible for reporting supplier parts quality, and participates in supplier performance assessment.
负责提供供应商供货质量业绩，并参与供应商业绩评估

Improves Supplier Quality Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高供应商质量的竞争力和客户满意度

Finish the temporary work which dispatched by boss.
完成领导临时交付的工作。

任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related filed.
机械电子或其它相关专业的本科及以上学历
2. 3-5 years work experience in related automotive industry.
3-5年的相关汽车行业制造经验；
3. Fluent English and good computer skills.
英语流利，电脑操作熟练。
