职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ Preparation of financial, management and statistical reports;
？ Support Finance Manager in development of budgets, implementing planning and budgeting standards according internal company reporting policy requirement;
？ Preparation of summaries of cost reimbursement reports and other interim reports;
？ Assist Finance Manager in setting up risk management control to ensure that there is a sound framework in place;
？ Perform advanced data analysis, word processing and desktop publishing to include complex presentations, reports, spreadsheets and graphs;
？ Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings with (internal) clients;
？ Coordinate, assist Finance Manager in planning, prepare agenda and monitor meetings; maintain calendar and travel requests;
？ Provide analysis for monthly finance result, including variance analysis, monthly performance tracking etc
？ Provide financial analysis to support store opening/closure decision
？ Other work assigned by Finance Manager.

任职资格:

？ Bachelor degree in accounting or similar discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience required;
？ 4-6 years’ of related accounting or assistant experience, some of which is with multinational corporation;
？ Effective communication in English and Chinese both verbally and in writing;
？ Analytical skills, numerical sensitivity, and ability to work hands-on with detail;
？ Computer literate: excellent hands on experience in MicroSoft Excel,
？ PowerPoint, Word, etc and related word-processing and spreadsheet software;
