职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
2.Design and maintain databases
3.File and retrieve documents and reference materials
4.Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
? Manage and maintain plant manager's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
5.Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
6.Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
7.Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
8.Answer and manage incoming calls
9.Receive and interact with incoming visitors
10.Liaise with internal staff at all levels
11.Interact with external clients
12.Co-ordinate project-based work
13.Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
14.Provide English / Chinese and Chinese / English Translation support, both oral and written
15.Provide support to Foreign Assignment Employees, e.g. Visa support, transportation, taxes, permits, accomodation, contracts etc.
16.Plant administration&logistics work management,such as shuttle bus, cantenn, cleaner, safety guard management.etc.

Qualifications:
1.fluent English, TEM-8,second language in France is preferred.
2.At least 3 years experience providing support at a high management level.
3.Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
4.Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
