职位描述：
完成公司的售后服务网路发展目标，提升产品的市场占有率，确保OEM服务网络能力提升的持续性，和OEM服务团队紧密合作，完成现有产品的服务要素准备，支持评估当前服务网络，持续提升网络的服务能力，为客户提供优异的服务支持。
？ Develop、manage and improve AS service network in domestic market；
？ Make the policy of AS service；
？ Make and implement customer service procedure（Service dispatching、cost settlement）；
？ Search and evaluate service stations based on the network development requirement;
？ Guarantee Customers satisfaction；
？ Benchmark with concurrent；
任职资格：
在柴油机行业或相关行业，3年以上汽车售后服务网络管理工作经验
？ Good in teamwork
？ Good in logical thought and data analysis
？ Good in coordination、negotiation and interpersonal skill
？ Good skill in IT
？ Good in English
？ Agree on frequent business trip
