o 新供应商的开发和管理 / New suppliers development and management
o 日常订单的计划和执行 / Daily orders planning and implementation
o 产品检验和质量控制 / Product incoming inspection and quality control
o 供应商的体系审核，年度管理，风险管理 / Identification and qualification of suppliers, annual supplier performance evaluation and risk management.
o 保密协议签订以及商务合同谈判 / NDAs and contract negotiation
o 协助IPM开展总部国际采购项目 / Coordinate with IPM for supporting HQ international sourcing projects
o 分配的其它任务 / Other tasks assigned

o 了解采购项目流程 / Family with procurement process
o 具有一定的供应商开发经验 / With new supplier development experience
o 具备供应商审核认证经验 / With supplier auditing & qualification process experience
o 合同管理以及商务谈判 / Contract management & commercial negotiations
o 具备项目管理经验 / Project management skill
o 最好能独立看懂工程图纸和技术规格 / Prefer to have the ability to understand technical drawings / spec.
o 良好的团队合作以及沟通 / Strong cross functional team work and communication
o 熟悉office 软件及ERP 系统 / Familiar with MS Office and ERP System
o 持续学习的能力 / Ability to keep learning
