Position Focus:
Develops, coordinate and directs a variety of human resource programs. Responsible for human resources services such as compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, employee relations.

Education: Bachelor degree in Administration or Human Resources or Management

Skills:
1. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player
2. Good communication skill verbal and written in English
3. Familiar with local labor law and regulations
4. Good leadership with team members

Experience:
Minimum 8+ year working experience in large multinational company, including at least 3+ year experience in a leadership role in HR function

Job Specific Comments:
1. Set up HR Department
2. Establish the human resource and administration policies and systems in compliance with local law and Magna corporate regulations.
3. Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee service s and industrial relations
4. Train and develop HR Staff
5. Participate in establishing long-term programming of the company.

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
