销售支持 / Sales support：
o 对相关销售区域的客户关系管理 / Maintenance of customer relationship in relevant sales region
o 维护潜在客户数据库 / Maintenance of customer & prospect database
o 准确的操作报价 / Drawing up technically and commercially correct quotations
o 跟踪报价 / Quotation tracking
o 客户订单管理 / Processing customer orders
o 交货及库存协调 / Coordinating deliveries and stockholding
o 协助区域销售经理与上海分公司沟通 / Assisting of RSM to communicate with office Shanghai
o 日常事务管理，如：协调会议，通过电话解答客户咨询，办公用品订购等 / Administration (e.g. coordinating appointments, handling customer inquiries via telephone, ordering office materials, etc.)
o 消耗件销售 / Sale of wear parts

工程师支持 / TSR support ：
o 应用试验支持 / Trial application support
o 为区域销售团队发送提醒 / Sending out reminders for vsp
o 协助试验/租赁设备的存储 / Assisting with storage of demonstration/hired equipment
o 传递市场和客户的反馈 / Passing on feedback from the market and customers
o 客户来访通知及登记 / Customer visiting notification and registration
o 协助销售团队报销 / Assisting with reimbursement of VSP team
o 销售团队出差行程预订及记录 / VSP team travel itinerary booking and records
