职位描述：
Job Summary & Objectives
? Be responsible for the company’s consolidation, management reporting and tax in Finance operation.

Main Duties
? Prepare, monitor and analyze monthly results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, etc....) for BJ’s operations
? Manage working capital and check accounts on a regular basis (accounts receivable management, inventory management, balance sheet account analysis etc.......)
? Provide various of management reports for retail performance and give constructive advices to business department.
? Manage month end and year end closing, ensuring compliance with PRC, US GAAP, statutory requirements and coordination with external audit as well.
? Directly liaise with insurance brokers, internal and external auditors, bankers and governmental bodies, like tax, SAFE & AIC, etc.
? Prepare annual tax filing transfer pricing, VAT and stamp duty as well as ensuring tax compliance with all tax reporting requirements with all legal entities in accordance with established internal controls.
? Assist to formulate control procedures after proactive discussions with other functional departments and review the compliance of various operational and financial controls for the region
? Conduct Self - audit mechanism on regular basis.
? Provide financial and operational support on ad hoc project.

Education and skills required
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in finance or accounting
? Above 7 years relative experience and 2 years on management level in multinational company, big plus for candidates have big 4 audit firm experience
? Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
? CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus
? Advanced excel skills and working knowledge of SAP systems
? Strong problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and being resourceful in solving problems independently
? Experience in financial and operational controls for retail is a plus
? Fluent written and oral English
