General Job Description
Key Account Sales Manager are responsible for the management of the selling of products and services while maintaining relationships with key accounts within the assigned sales territory. Providing leadership and coaching to the sales teams. Facilitating and communicating with other department managers and staff on a regular basis to promote the overall success of the company.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
* Continually ensure and develop strong and productive relationships with existing accounts, together with generating new business with a high standard of customer service;
* Work as a team leader to manage the whole sales teams, including setting team goals, reviewing sales performance and A/R collection periodically, adapting procedures or re-allocating resources to improve the overall performance of the sales teams, etc;
* Achieve strategic objectives of profitability goals, customer satisfaction, customer resource management, etc.;
* Provide qualified reporting, budgeting and proposals etc;
* Keep intensive contacts with all relevant interfaces such as Marketing, After Sales Service, HR and Finance, etc.;
* Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve sales targets.
* Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members of the ERP and CRM systems.
* Develop and grow territory sales channels to help promote new business and develop qualified team members.

Qualification for the Job
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Over 8 years sales experience and at least 3 years for key account management
* Particularly strong analytical, structured and strategic thinking
* Special talent for high level negotiations and business practices
* Proficient in oral and written Chinese and English
* Proficient user knowledge of PC software
* Highly self-motivated, integrity, open minded and a team player
