岗位职责：
1、负责处理空运业务进出口中客户的咨询，提供跟踪查询服务；
2 、安排空运业务订舱，文件制作，在途信息跟踪，系统信息录入；
3、 POD回收，制作对账单，账务信息跟踪与反馈，及相关文件归档；
4、 额外费用的管控与确认；
5、更新空运日报表，向客户及时反馈在途信息；
6、 异常跟踪与调查，输出异常报告；
7、 KPI 数据分析，制定改善措施；
8、依据供应商考核制度管理并提升供应商服务质量；
9、 供应商资源开发与线路价格采购。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易，物流，英语等相关专业，英文四级以上，六级优先；
2、具有三年年以上国际，国内空运货物运输业务工作经验；
3、拥有进出口物流知识，关务知识，精通空运运营和运作，熟悉危险品空运知识；
4、熟悉掌握国际，国内空运货物运输操作流程，具备大客户管理，服务经验；
5、良好的沟通能力，敏锐的市场意识，较强的综合分析能力和风险控制能力。
