职位描述：
岗位概述：
根据客服中心经营发展战略、电话中心服务策略，在重庆电话中心负责人指导下开展工作，指导各工作小组按公司流程进行工作，负责对全体CSR进行质量监控及现场管理，确保回访品质及公司考核指标达成，支持公司整体业务发展策略。

主要职责：
1. 负责制定和落实电话回访及其它工作的执行方案，保证在规定时间完成回访任务及考核指标。
2. 负责全项目人员入职培训及日常提升培训。
3. 负责CSR品质管控及绩效考核。
4. 负责各工作小组人员工作时间安排、目标分解和计划落实。
5. 负责现场业务咨询、抱怨投诉客户在线支援及处理。
6. 负责定期与CSR沟通。
7. 负责月度工作数据分析汇报。
8. 负责解答各分公司及渠道关于电话回访的咨询。
9. 负责调取及核听各分公司、监管部门所需回访录音。
10. 其他主管交待的事宜。

岗位要求：
1. 具有本科以上学历。
2. 具有一定的创造力、自我激励力、良好的客户服务沟通能力。
3. 具有良好的数据分析能力和文字表达能力，能够熟练使用计算机办公软件。
4. 具有金融保险理论知识，能够充分理解掌握公司各项有关业务制度、规则。
