Purpose of the Job:
1. Supporting the business strategy decisions;
2. Making business analysis;
3. Coordinate daily process for data capturing.

Your Role
1. Collect accurate and sufficient intelligence for project pool database enhancement
* Collect selected industries' accurate and sufficient intelligence;
* Collect competitors full information on pricing, service and main activities as well;
* Keeping watching central and local governmental policy.

2. Maintain and update project pool database timely as scheduled
* Maintain project information in DPP system;
* Monitor and Update progress of the projects;
* Make and Analysis on visualization charts and reporting and report on the dashboards.

3. Market survey
* Design survey process on business requirements, organize and execute survey on planning.

Your Profile
1. Analyze ability: have basic knowledge on economics, statistics, management and other professions basic knowledge. Ability to sort and analyses the literature, statistics. Ability to sample and questionnaire design, and write the research report.
2. Act with Integrity: Deals correctly and in an appropriate way with diverse questions from operators, staff and management. Deals correctly with confidential information or data.
3. Influence Others: Gives clear information on wage and salary calculations and related changes. Defends own ideas for improvement of IT, safety and environment.
4. Work Efficiently: Has a sense of detail also in routine matters. Finishes calculations and reports within the expected time limits.
5. Drive for result: Delivers quality work. Acts according to right priorities. Finishes files correctly and accurately. Strive to improve on working methods.
6. Profile: Higher non-university degree with min.3 yrs relevant experience in market intelligence.
7. IT Knowledge: familiar with coding language such as JAVA / C / C++.

贝卡尔特应用材料科技（上海）有限公司是专业生产和销售混凝土增强用佳密克丝？ (Dramix？) 钢纤维的外资企业（其前身为上海贝卡尔特-二钢有限公司，由贝卡尔特公司与上海宝钢金属制品有限公司合资组建成立）。公司位于上海浦东新区自由贸易试验区，于1998年6月开始投产。
本产品全称为“佳密克丝” 混凝土增强用钢纤维，拥有贝卡尔特公司的专有技术，是目前世界上独特的、技术性能最高的冷拔钢丝纤维产品。
该产品在国际上被广泛应用于隧道、水泥制品、地铁、工业地坪和水利工程等基础设施项目上，它的应用将取代传统的钢筋混凝土工艺，减少钢材和混凝土的用量，提高混凝土抗压、抗冲击、抗裂、抗渗和耐磨性能，从而在提高各项技术指标的前提下，降低工程总造价，并能大大缩短施工周期，减少维护费用。
