职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Administer Windows domain, File Server and Print
? Email System administrator and maintain
? Ensure Daily backup and recovery plan implement
? Desktop set-up and maintenance
? Ensure network stable and security s
? CCTV and related security system Maintain and Support
? HR & shopfloor system support
? Administrator and maintain anti-Virus software ,Trend Micro
? Enhance and improve ERP System from technical perspectives.Provide technical support from report create, end user trouble shooting and other ERP reated issues. Perform system monitoring to keep it stable and availability
? Support End users in IT relate issue including microsoft office, PC Hardware and printing issues.
? Advise users and management of changes to existing configurations that may enhance performance.
? Establish effective communications with user departments by maintaining a customer service oriented awareness of user needs and problems.
? IT relate purchasing hardware & software and IT Asset management
? IT relate training to end users when required


QUALIFICATIONS
? College or above degree with major in Computer or related
? Minimum of 5 year’s personal computer/network support experience.
? ERP experience is required
? Computer skills in Windows Domain managment and maintain, MS Office, and LAN/WAN support are required.
? Fluent oral English/ Professional written English
