工作内容 Job Content:
生产计划方面：
? 掌握产品订单和销售情况，了解产品设备及工序要求，负责编制周生产计划排程生产；
? 每天查看SAP系统中客户零件滚动需求信息及库存量；
? 产品MRP信息更新维护包括安全库存，Lot Size，合理控制库存情况；
? 根据客户需求制定生产排程，释放生产工单跟进直至完成关闭；
? 追踪每天和每周的生产达成情况，及时报告和处理异常；
? 对紧急加单快速反应，及时安排生产，确保机台利用率及所需人工工时；
? 配合各类工程变更，库存控制与切换；
? 定期分析生产设备和人员的产能状况，跟进生产和工程部门共同解决瓶颈问题。
物料计划方面：
? 根据SAP客户需求及生产计划排程更新长期及短期物料计划；
? 根据物料类别维护MRP信息，制定物料购买策略，将库存控制在合理水平；
? 库存控制，分析并提高库存周转率；Slow-moving & DeadStock分析及跟踪处理；
? 与供应商保持良好的沟通，跟踪订单交付，及时处理交付异常；
? 根据供应商的表现，进行月度及年度绩效考核；
? 新项目转量产导入，配合新项目交样需求；
? 配合工程变更，制定切换计划。

任职资格 Qualification:

教育背景 Education Background:
大专以上学历,物流、供应链或精益生产相关专业。

经 验 Work Experience:
5年以上工作经验, 其中包括至少2年的汽车行业工作经验；熟悉了解汽车行业物流操作。

技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
熟练使用办公软件，熟悉掌握SAP；
逻辑性，有一定的数据分析能力；
熟悉产品的的工艺流程；
跨功能部门处理问题的协调沟通协调能力；
良好的质量、成本、客户和安全意识。
